Private Dance Lessons & Choreography Services

Abagail offers private and semi-private dance lessons, tailored to your level, needs, and goals. Professional choreography services also available, from special event choreography such as weddings, to student or amateur performers, and commercial/industry work.

Private 1 on 1 Dance Lesson

$150/hr for single student. Includes a complimentary 15 minute consultation to assess your level and goals for the lesson.

Semi-Private Dance Lesson

$200/hr total for two people (or, $100 per person). This semi-private dance lesson allows you to train with a friend at a lower rate. Includes a complimentary 15 minute consultation to assess your levels and goals for the lesson.

Semi-Private Dance Lesson 3+

$410 for pack of 4 private lessons for one person. Ready to commit to your dance growth? Book a package of 4 one hour private dance lessons and watch yourself grow! This includes a one time complimentary consultation to assess your level/goals for the series.

Choreography

Rates range from $400 - $2,800 depending on the scope of the project. To get an accurate quote, please email us and provide the information below, and we'll get back to you:

Terms & Conditions

Lesson Rate:

The rate for private, in-person dance lessons is per hour. This rate covers instruction only and does not include studio rental or any additional fees.

Studio Rental:

Students are responsible for securing and paying for the rental of an appropriate studio or location for the lesson. If you would like us to reserve a studio on your behalf, a $15 service fee will apply. This service fee and the full cost of studio rental must be paid in advance and are non-refundable.

Travel Surcharge:

A $50 surcharge per visit will apply to any lessons held 10 miles or more from our base at 225 Lincoln Blvd. Venice, CA 90291 . This fee will be invoiced once the location is confirmed and agreed upon by both instructor and student.

Choreography:

Private lessons do not include the creation of original choreography for performance, commercial use, or professional projects. Choreography services are available for an additional fee and must be arranged separately.

Payment & Refunds:

All bookings require a 25% non-refundable deposit to confirm the appointment.

Cancelations:

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled lesson will receive a 75% refund of the total paid.

Cancellations made within 48 to 24 hours of the lesson will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson will not be refunded.

There are no refunds once the lesson has taken place.ExpirationAll private lesson purchases must be scheduled and used within 2 months (60 days) of the purchase date. Any unused sessions after this period will be forfeited and are non-refundable.By booking a private lesson, the student agrees to these terms.
