Afro Fusion Dance

This is a choreography focused class. We'll go through a warm up and drills before learning a short routine. Class is a fusion of African dance styles the instructor has studied the last 16+ years.

Sabar Dance Basics

This dance style comes from the Wolof people of Senegal, West Africa. Class is done with live sabar drumming, and involves a lot of jumps and arm movements. This is a beginner friendly class.
